All of the above prices are based on Monday - Thursday occupancy. Shepherd's Crook will also donate $200.00 of pro shop credit to be used for gift certificates or prizes. For any golfers over 120, there will be an additional charge of $50.00 per golfer. The example below is set for 132 golfers in the month of July:
e.g.: 120 golfer shotgun @ $6000.00 + 12 golfers @ $50.00 each ($600.00),
Therefore, $6600.00 would be due for a 132-golfer event in July.

Tee Time Outing
The initial amount of golfers needed for tee-time outings is 16 golfers. Tee-times for outing are based on $55.00 per person @ 4 players per tee time, which includes carts. Shepherd's Crook will also donate $5.00 per golfer of pro shop credit to be used for gift certificates or prizes. Please call (847) 872-2080 to speak with the Food & Beverage Coordinator for select menu opportunities.

A deposit of $500.00 for shotgun outings or $150.00 for tee-time outings will be required with the signed contract.
